PLANNING BOARD, TOWN OF JACKSON, NH
Thursday, January 11th, 2024, at 7:45 PM
 
A Public Hearing will be held to present and discuss proposed changes to the Town of Jackson Zoning Ordinance and recommendations on the Capital Improvement Program. The public hearing will be on January 11, 2024, at 7:45 PM. The meeting will be held at the Town Office, or via Zoom.

Recommended changes will be presented by the Jackson Planning Board for inclusion of a warrant article(s) at the Town Meeting held in March. This meeting is open to the public, as the Planning Board seeks public comments on the proposals.
 
The full text of the recommended changes shall be posted at the Jackson Post Office bulletin boards, and also on the Town web site at www.Jackson-NH.org. The changes to be reviewed and discussed at the Public Hearing include revisions in: ARTICLE X: To see if the Town will vote to adopt an amendment to the Town’s Zoning Ordinance, Section 4.4, Short Term Rentals for a new subsection 4.4.8 that sets forth the use of Primary and Accessory Dwelling Units.
 
The Planning Board will present the proposed warrant article for the establishment of a Housing Commission and the initial funding, as well as other priorities being considered on the Capital Improvement Program.
