E911 Street Number - Reminder

Please make sure your property is in compliance with the E911 Street Numbering Ordinance!
 
The Jackson Board of Selectmen would like to remind all residents to have their property properly marked for the purpose of identification by emergency personnel. It can be equally frustrating to a resident and a responder when confusion arises identifying someone who needs emergency assistance. The responder wants to find you as much as you wish to be found!

Code compliant signs are available through the Bartlett Firefighters Association for a fee of $20.00.  They are red or green with white reflective lettering and approximately 16 inches long.  Sign order forms are available at the Town Office or click here: https://www.jackson-nh.org/fire-department/pages/e911-sign-order-form

Signs can be mounted vertically or horizontally.  Signs should be visible from the street and high enough to be above potential snow banks.
