Public Hearing; Zoning Board of Adjustment

 

Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at Wednesday, May 8th at 7:30pm in the Jackson Town Offices, 54 Main Street, Jackson, NH concerning a request by Michael Korthuis, 24 Dear Run, Jackson, N for a VARIANCE concerning section 4.3.1.1 and section 4.3.1.2 of the zoning ordinance concerning setbacks from an abutter property line of 25 feet and setbacks from the centerline of the traveled way of any public or private road of 50 feet.

 

Applicant proposes to build a garage at the intersection of the driveway and the Deer Run that intrudes on the proscribed setback from an abutter property line(s) and possibly the proscribed setback from Deer Run on the property located at 24 Deer Run, map V05-29 in the Rural Residential zone. This hearing may be continued to a later date as may be announced at the hearing.
