4/1/2020: Transfer Station Update

There has been some confusion regarding the Transfer Station and what is currently being done for Jackson. The Jackson Selectmen have temporarily stopped accepting recyclables as well as anything that requires payment. Since anything that is put into the recycling areas has to be handled by the employees at the Transfer Station, the Selectmen don't want to expose additional risk to the crew. As mentioned this is temporary and will allow residents to drive up, dump trash and recyclables in the trash dumpster and then drive out. As soon as the COVID-19 pandemic is over, mandatory recycling will be re-implemented and large items will once again be accepted.  If you have any additional questions, please email townadmin@jackson-nh.org.
