Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at Wednesday, June 26th at 7:30pm in the Jackson Town Offices, 54 Main Street, Jackson, NH
 
concerning a request by Christopher & Laurie McAleer, 74 Whitney Hill Loop, Jackson, NH
 
for a VARIANCE concerning section 4.3.1.2 of the zoning ordinance concerning setback from an abutter property line of 25 feet.
 
Applicant proposes to build a garage within the proscribed setback from an abutter property line on the property located at 74 Whitney Hill Loop, map V05-05 in the Rural Residential zone.
 
This hearing may be continued to a later date as may be announced at the hearing.
