Conservation Commission Work Session at Jackson Falls

The Jackson Conservation Commission will hold a work session at Jackson Falls to place loam and sod. This is part of an on-going effort to address soil erosion in the vicinity of the falls and its walking paths. The work session is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1 at 5:30 PM, with an alternate date set for Thursday, July 2 at 5:30 PM (dependent on weather and availability of equipment/supplies). Volunteers are welcome, but the Conservation Commission intends to keep the working group small and socially distant, in line with recommendations relevant to COVID-19. As such, any volunteers should bring their own equipment and supplies.
